Sede Centrale of the University of Parma
The main venue for the event will be the Aula Magna, located at the first floor of the magnificent Sede Centrale of the University, a baroque-style building from the 17th century (located in: strada dell’Università, 12, 43100 Parma). The Poster Session will take place in the Columns Hall (Atrio delle Colonne), located in the same building. Career talks will take place simultaneously in Aula Magna, Aula Cavalieri and in rooms (Aule) I, II and III, which are also located in the same building. All venues have step-free access.
SIM.LAB Simulation Laboratory
The second venue for the event will be the SIM.LAB Simulation Laboratory, located in Viale Antonio Gramsci 43126, in building 27 of the Department of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Parma. The Simulation Laboratory provides a safe, realistic environment where students can practice medical procedures using mannequins, simulators, and simulated patients before treating real patients. It helps develop practical skills and confidence while minimizing risks. Majority of workshops will take place in Skill Room, Sala Simulazione Immersiva, Sala Simulazione Chirurgica, Sala polifunzionale Didattica, Sala Polifunzionale Clinical, Sala Polifunzionale Clinical 3, Aula verde and Aula Arancione
