Young European Scientist Meeting (Instagram)
The YES (Young European Scientist) Meeting is an international conference organized by students from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto, in Portugal. Its major goal is to provide a global platform of scientific and cultural exchange to biomedical students all over the world. Our target audience consists of undergraduate biomedical students and recently graduate students who wish to present their research work. ISCOMS, the International Student Congress Of (bio)Medical Sciences, is one of the world’s leading student congresses in the field of (bio)medical sciences. Students from around the globe have the unique opportunity to present their research. A wide

Medicalis is an annual International Congress held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, uniting both local and international students from
various medical universities, along with young doctors eager to enhance their medical expertise. The 26th edition of the MedicalisCongress took place from March 12th to 15th, 2026. The event offers a range of opportunities, including workshops and organized conferences. It also features social events that foster connections among attendees from around the world. The conferences are organized with the support of prominent local physicians and esteemed medical institutions from Europe, Asia, and the USA. Additionally, the Congress hosts scientific competitions, allowing participants to showcase their research through poster or oral presentations.
MoReMED (Instagram)
The MoReMED Student Congress, which hold its 11th edition on the 16-17th April 2026 in Modena, Italy, provides medical students a new educational approach aimed at sharing, in an innovative way, several practical skills: on the one hand, the
promotion of scientific research and the tools necessary for its completion, as well as the teaching of the proper dissemination of science. On the other hand, the opportunity offered to all students to become peer educators – and no longer just users of scientific research – with a system based on “peer education”. Participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures, poster sessions and workshops, with a focus on extra-curricular subjects to enable students to expand the range of courses on offer in the degree programme.
ICHAMS (Instagram)
The International Conference for Healthcare and Medical Students (ICHAMS) is the first student-focused conference of its kind in Ireland. It has featured over 700 attendees in the last three editions, with 
participants from over 34 countries. The 15th edition of ICHAMS took place from February 19th-21st 2026 in Dublin, Ireland. The congress has several goals: to provide healthcare students the opportunity to present their research findings in an international setting, to provide a platform for career development, to promote interactions among healthcare students from different countries and the exchange of research knowledge and to educate healthcare students on the importance of research and expose students to future research opportunities.

The International Student Congress (ISC), hosted annually at the Medical University of Graz in Austria, is a premier platform for
students in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, life sciences, and allied health sciences. It offers a unique opportunity to exchangeideas, network, and develop essential hard and soft skills in a welcoming and dynamic environment. Each year, the ISC attractsover 200 students from Austrian university cities like Vienna, Innsbruck, Linz, Salzburg, and Graz, as well as participants from 45 nations worldwide. While many attendees are advanced students nearing the completion of their studies, the congress also welcomes early-career professionals eager to broaden their horizons. The Riga Stradiņš University International Student Conference in “Health and Social 
Sciences” is a two-day conference held annually in Riga, Latvia. It is a valid opportunity for student research exchange and to broaden social and scientific networks. The event has a very wide programme, including oral, poster and case report sessions, that students can present in front of an international and professional audience, lectures and hands-on workshops addressed to local and international students.
IMSC Cracow (Instagram)
MSC is one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious scientific events for young researchers.
This year, it features 27 thematic sessions covering cardiology, neurology, oncology, endocrinology, surgery, public health, and more. Over 800 participants from various continents attend annually, supported by 100+ faculty members from Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum, ensuring top scientific standards. Supported by international ambassadors, it boasts a global presence. SURGICON (Instagram)
The Romanian Student Society of Surgery is a non-governmental organisation, sustained by a group
of medical students who share the same passion for surgery and are driven by a common goal: to ensure that their community has all the tools required to provide society with elite practitioners in the years to follow. Since its founding in 2004, this Society has grown into a strong, elaborate, and versatile team operating across the entire country. Their primary focus lies in organizing both basic and advanced workshops covering all surgical specialties, offering high-quality training to fellow students with a shared enthusiasm for surgery. SURGICON is their flagship project. After an impactful first edition, they successfully transitioned through online and hybrid formats during challenging times, ultimately returning in 2023 to a fully onsite and dynamic experience for their participants. The 8th edition will take place in Bucharest, from 22nd to 25th October 2026, and it aims to surpass expectations and bring even more excitement, innovation, and excellence to the field of student-led surgical education.

The aim of the Italian Association of
Pharmacy Studentsis to create a networkof university students belonging to the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, training them and informing them about both the university pathway and the world of work through collaboration with the various local and other professional associations, taking advantage of the projects that the association carries out: the organization of scientific conferences/meetings as well as social events and visits to workplaces in the pharmaceutical sector.
