Information for prospective participants coming from EU GREEN Universities

Conference days: November 11-15, 2026, with the conference taking place November 12-14, 2026 and November 11 and 15, 2026 counting as travel days

Venues: Central Building, University of Parma (Strada Università 12, Parma, Italy), and SIM.LAB, Department of Medicine and Surgery, University of Parma (Building 27, University Hospital – Viale Antonio Gramsci 14, Parma, Italy)

Deadline: August 15, 2026. This deadline only applies to individuals based at EU GREEN Universities.

Registration for both presenting participants and other attendees will be accepted from September 15, 2026 to October 15, 2026
This registration window only applies to individuals based at EU GREEN Universities. However, in case you miss out on this registration window, you may use other, general, registration window(s) which will be opened to everyone.

Exclusive social and cultural events for participants coming from EU GREEN Universities will be organized if the minimum threshold of participants from EU GREEN Universities (min. 15) is reached. If the threshold is not reached, EU GREEN Universities participants will still be offered the opportunity to participate to the social and cultural activities scheduled for all conference participants.
